Knowing Georges, this is just some random shite he's found on the internet and posted here, whilst all us mugs look at it and think it's some kind of considered puzzle with an actual, deterministic answer.

yeah, the blood splatter is low and against the wall to the person's right, like the person was sitting down writing and was shot in the left side of the head. gun is in the right hand.
