I have some free tickets to see either Hot Water Music or Pavement tonight and I don't think I want to go to either. I'd rather stay in and listen to music at home.

Spent $800 on tickets for my wife and girls to see The Weeknd at SoFi stadium a couple weeks ago. Drive to LA, hotel room, $20 beers, and three hours wait for him to come out. Middle of third song he stops the show to tell all 60k attendees that he lost his voice and was stopping the show and that we would get our money back.
Wife and I were stoked to get back to hotel room to sleep lol

I've noticed a lot of old men have very strong opinions and are bipolar in how they express them -- the opposite of being diplomatic. I used to think old people become more indifferent. Maybe they are, or they just pretend less.
Like when you meet an old relative: "Long time no see, come here and give me a hug! What are you gay? Get off me you faggot! So nice to see you again! etc"
