Any print shop should be able to do almost anything you want. I work almost entirely on events, and we regularly have our shop print 4x6 badges that are laminated, die cut with rounded corners and a hole punch for a lanyard. But, you could really do anything. Out the door they're between $3 and $4 each.
- Here's a trusted vendor. They can do a custom badge with a fast turnaround.

Just DIY it - get it cut on large sheets with printed crop marks then get busy with a scalpel.
- nngh, 'get it printed'Nairn
- TBH i don't think they wanna pay me an hourly rate to do all that, they have only a printing budget basically so i'm trying to do this in <2hrcolin_s
- Fair enough - wasn't sure what sort of a budget you're on. Set up your crop guides right and you could cut 100+ in less than an hour, then charge...Nairn
