I was noting that Harlem don't give af about anything the other day. Today when i went out for a midday bike ride it startled me that maybe one in ten Harlem people on the street were wearing covid masks. But as I rode downtown to Central Park it became clear in passing that most of those were either wearing them on the crown of their head like a construction worker might resting on a hat, or around their neck like an ER doctor. Immediately my faith was restored. Harlem hasn't embraced humanity; Harlem has turned misery into fashion.

Joined Houseparty to chat to my mate, one of his other mates joined and ended up in a fancy dress toga party with a couple playing a Melodica. I've had worse friday nights. Everyone was really drunk. It's a weird future we've ended up in.

While working from home all through Monday > Friday it's been a rare week of beautiful full sunny days here in London. Unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy it, like a cycle ride of more than 30mins.
Weekend comes and it's cold, windy, cloudy, rain.
Fuck this shit. Could have had a nice quiet cycle ride through the deserted city taking cool photos... yes I know stay home, but a lonely cyclist avoiding others is hardly a risk to anyone.
Anyway...instead I'm staying home. Again. With no escape from the moody wife in a mood about my existence on the planet and not helped by it being her time of the month...
