Just got home from Florida. Had a great time there, sunny and warm. But when we flew home the plane jump up and down so much I could see the fuselage bend as I was sitting in the back. Nothing like flying in a crazy thunderstorm. Lightnings all over the place.
Then to finish off with manors, the pilot informed us that the right engine was shut down because of fire when we where about to land.
My mom in law who have been a stewardess for 35 year was shit scared so I knew the odds weren't the best.
They were good enough I guess, but never have I been so scared in my life.

1. Since I am not sending the whole team I am expecting you to share some knowledge and your overall experience about the conference when you come
back.Specially speaking...
A. Take detailed notes about each lecture and provide a 2 - 3 paragraph description about each speaker and what they covered. Also provide any thoughts, ideas, and or inspiration you received while there and share this
with the group in a written format (1-2 paragraphs per lecture) when you come back.B. Take relevant photos of the event (speakers, points of interest, etc..) and share them with the group
C. Bring back literature from the event which includes but is not limited to; magazines, handouts, dvd's, etc...
I am excited that your going to the conference and can't wait to hear about the lectures when you come back.

Oh dear, is that real? The curse of middle-management. Why do I feel that that email took an hour or so to scribe, whilst the rest of the day was spent re-shuffling papers and sneaking off to the toilets to play sudoku?
