I understand they are used for other things, but I would wager that gas tanks are the leader.

(Jan 30 06, 17:51)reading is fundamental.
i KNOW quite a few people who smoke on a regular basis. you can't tell me you don't. you even have a pic in your profile of a prolific pot smoker for god's sake. please. i do have an idea about your weed consumption, and your consumption is more than anyone i know, whom most of which smoke daily.
and biodiesel IS the way to go. i've only seen a handful of places selling it in their gas so far, but when i go down south i see more and more stations down there selling it. it's catching on.

All you do is try to break my balls everyday around here.
Maybe you should start smoking.

Biodeisel and flexfuel(Ethanol) will definitely come before hydrogen and electric service stations.

Obviously, the companies that build the majority of engines in the world build them for petrol. They're in cahoots with the Oil boys. Tight control, not easy to get them to let go of their grip.
Although, there might be alternatives, do you think it will happen soon? Probably not in our lifetimes.

(Jan 31 06, 06:49)True dat.
I just found out my car can run on Ethanol the other day. The engine was designed for both regular gas and Ethanol. I'm stoked. I may keep the car now, I was contemplating selling it.

It's one of those shifts that will take a government to help change the oil infrastructure to electric/hydrogen. It's best not to keep electing people who are part of the military industrial complex and great-grandsons of oil tychoons.

Rockefeller was big in his day. He grew up Cleveland, Ohio. Not NYC, contrary to popular belief.

Standard bred ExxonMobil. The name of this thread. Oddly, he was a great philanthropist, so it depends on how you judge him. Sam can be said of Carnegie, Getty, etc.
