Both tracks' main melody uses a snippet of a Berlioz track from 1844, transposed to 4/4. There really is nothing new under the sun, that being said if you can get a judge to agree with you, you get the money.

Here's how it will play out:
Coldplay won't lose their shirts. If it even goes to trial they probably won't be found culpable of much.
However, I can't understand how an act so mediocre could be so widely acclaimed.
