FINALLY! ANOTHER DISSOLVED BODY! Whoo hoo!

Just watched the new episode. Can't see why he didn't walk away, but as he said, it's all he has left. Something tells me there's a new battle about to be brewing with these new guys who want the methlamine.
And that scene with Jesse eating dinner with Walt and Skyler was priceless.
BTW - watched the first season again this weekend. I urge everyone to do the same soon if you haven't recently. It's actually really interesting to see Skyler's contempt for Walt right off the bat, then subside when he deals with cancer, the return and grow over the show.

glad to see his old los alamos business deal come to light, plays to his ego. skyler, ugh, her character's whole point is contempt. getting pretty pathetic though. that preview where he tries to trap jesse is fun though. don't think jesse is having walt's bullshit. 2 more episodes, huge setup, then several month wait n see. fack

What else is Skyler supposed to feel though? Her life is pretty fucked. No two ways about it. She's an accessory; she got pulled into this by her own husband. She's guilty of enough to go to prison, hence, she and Walt being a danger to their kids. Even if he dies of cancer, she's still going to be scared of being caught for something. I agree that her character might be annoying, but I honesty thing it would be annoying - and less realistic - if she returned to being tolerant and slightly enthusiastic of what she's involved in.

final episode: walt goes back to work at the car wash.

$5 million dollars, a car wash & safety. How could he not take that. I've really turned a corner on Walt. Deserves to die after that episode. Which kind of takes a bit of the tension out of the show. I'm actually rooting for Jesse now which I never was before.

Seriously, awesome dinner.
I think Skylar will somehow change.
No Walt Jr...so good.
I thought Walt would pull Mike's gun at some point.
Heisenberg Empire is coming to town.

Really not looking forward to the year's recess we'll have between this part and the next of this season.
I might re-watch season 1 again – wonder if there's some good nuggets in there.
Not sure i agree with all the hate towards Skyler though. I mean, I passionately enjoy TV shows but whether I direct abject hatred towards a fictional character is a little beyond me at 30 years old.
Opening scene to the last episode nearly made me cry – when teh kid's fingers appear through the dirt...
- you don't hate a fictional character, but cry when one dies?sine

- True, true. You got me there.DaveO
- Yep. Exactly right with the kid's fingers. Was all fun and games up until then, what a shadow it casts.mikotondria3
- But... you mean "Crazy Man Jaws" right?nthkl

i really thought this episode was gonna start with mike putting a bullet in todd... i don't really see why they needed to keep him around. there's the cooking houses, of course, but now they have one more thing to worry about on top of all their current problems. i don't think skyler's gonna do anything drastic, except maybe take the kids and leave walt...
- no, I think walt's toast if that happens, with skyler on his side hank's in a tougher spot. They need the two of them together . more drama_niko
