New-to-me-bike – 2017 Foundry Flyover (aka Cardinal). Titanium frame with a carbon fork. Built up with a SRAM Rival / Force 1x drivetrain, Reserve 32|GR wheels laced to Zipp 76/176 hubs (same hubs as the Zipp 303S wheels), running Enve Road 700x35 tires. Wolf Tooth red accents throughout. Weighs in at 19lbs 12oz (for an XL, with pedals & cages), and goes like a rocket. Climbs surprisingly well for a CX bike.
I sold my previous Foundry and regretted it almost immediately, so I jumped on this the moment it popped up and I'm glad I did.
- Timeless frame shape, and decked out really nicely, love the tan sidewalls. The exposed cable housing will make it so much easier to work on, too.BuddhaHat
