Hate my opinions all you want choss, thing is, I'm within my rights and have committed no crime or wrong doing with my registered and catalogued weapon.

On that note, I think this is spot on:

    -
the liberals who think eliminating the second amendment will suddenly make problems go away are just as dumb as those who think standing armed in a crowd is a safe public measure.
    -

Happily I fit into neither of those categories as I don't take my gun with me out on the town.

    • Again, NOBODY is suggesting eliminating the second ammendment. No one is taking away your guns.nb

If everyone wears a bomb vest, it's hard to find out who's going to blow themselves up.

If everyone has a gun, it's hard to see who the crazy fucker that's going to shoot everyone is.

By possessing a gun you make it that bit harder to identify the criminal or the psychopath.

    • Disagree. So what say you about all the gun owning presidents?albums
    • Their ownership clouds their character?albums
    • Saying that gun owners are criminals is the highest form of profilingalbums
    • My point is that it is difficult to find these crazy American mass killers partly because they blend in so well. 'Everyone' has guns. In the UK if someone has a gun, it's because they have a problem.orrinward2
    • ... 'Everyone' has guns. In the UK if someone has a gun, it's because they have a problem.orrinward2
    • It is socially unacceptable to 'need' a gun. Not just against the law.orrinward2
    • You'll find this is the norm pretty much everywhere other than the US and other fucked up places.orrinward2
    • I wonder how much violence watching violent movies video game playing and drug taking will solveyurimon
    • There is a significantly higher percentage of drug use in the US than most other countries, and I believe it is a contributing factor. Cutting guns out of the equation will reduce gun violence. I don't see why you don't want that.orrinward2

Imagine your gun was used in a crime albums.

Ok fine you didn't do it. Imagine it was used to shoot up a school and then tossed. The cops find it then trace it back to you. Do a wee check to see your background and what type of guy you are...

HOLD ON!!! this fucking moron posted an image of a christmas tree made of guns with a note saying merry christmas kids. OH SHIT he also typed those other stupid things.

    • dude you make no sense. Why do people like you who make no sense target those that do?yurimon

If my gun was ever stolen, (which would take someone close to me to steal) I'd notice and I'd report it immediately. Then my clean background check would clear me of the crime. Yay legal system.

    • Not liking someone doesn't make them a criminal.albums
    • That and whatever actual alibi I had...albums

Bullet proof school bags for your kids... A very hot item for Christmas.

so again, besides arguing back and forth and going absolutely nowhere,
we know what the QBN anti-gun folk and even some of the QBN pro-gun folk suggest banning some if not all guns.
what does the hardcore QBN militia suggest we do to remedy all these senseless shootings?

    • Mass murderers don't need guns, just some use them. Killers will kill regardlessalbums
    • another argument is not a suggestion or a solutionmoldero
    • think productive homie :)moldero
    • I don't feel like listing all the serial killers America is and has been home to.albums
    • You want an answer on how to keep 300,000,000 from pulling the trigger? Pipe dream.albums
    • What's odd though albums is that most countries with less guns seem to produce less mass murderers.orrinward2
    • I think ban phsyciatric drugs, violent movies video games will do more to stop violence then gun banningyurimon
    • Nobody suggested banning all guns.nb
    • <I did, and im a gun dudemoldero

Chossy, I'm imaging you as the prosecuting lawyer with exhibit a: that jpg. Then the defense lawyer showing all the other places that the jpg exists online including the gun website who made it and posted it originally.

    It's making me laugh.

    • It's not making me laugh that you posted it followed swiftly by the comment merry christmas kids.chossy
    • While you're laughing, you are also losing control of your bowels and having a stroke. That's what I'm imagining. It gives me a warm feeling inside.

So it no guns for you but we can order hollow-points for?

    https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=oppo…

According to the previous bids and what they possess, this puts the totals for the Fed stockpiling to:
    .40 S&W = 340,200,000 rounds
    .223 Rem = 300,000,000 rounds

in nz we banned hitting children. So many people said 'we can do what we want I can hit my kids if I want. it shouldn't be banned' They missed the point. Banning hitting kids was a way of the whole of the NZ public saying hitting kids isn't ok. People will still hit kids, of course, but now those that do know how we all feel about it. as a group don't condone it.
Banning certain weapons that are ridiculously destructive could be a similar gesture. It says to all that we all don't think it's ok to give one person the power to end the lives of many. If you still want to have a weapon, fine. but as a majority we all agree it's not such a great idea.

    @yurimon

Try as you may, the issues of gun violence and prescription medications cannot be fused together. (I've noticed a few conservative commentators testing the waters on this play last week and it seems you've hopped aboard the band wagon.)

Carefully controlled Ritalin, Aderol, and even Lithium regimens have CLINICALLY reduced violent behavior in troubled youth when in the care of a doctor (which I'm certain you are not).

    • haha! Thats not true.. I even spoke to dr's at an all dr xmass party.....haha! thanks that was funnyyurimon
    • its a gamble dawg in how people react.. also read the freaken label. it wouldn't say may cause depression. etc...yurimon
    • Your talking about clinical studies submitted to the FDA who has employees from the same companies approving drugs?yurimon
    • drugs? no conflict of interest there.. Corporations can police themselves but us bad citizens cant. :-(yurimon

Do facts bounce off your bloody head?

Avoid being a bloody wanker cunt like piers morgan...

  • pr20

i bet this is what happened to Obama when he took office the first time. he spoke to the Republican nuts "guys, lets sit down we'll talk. i'll listen to your arguments, you listen to mine and we'll come up with some compromise..."

...And then he realized that Republicans listen to NOTHING, no amount of facts, figures, graphs, statistics will convince them of anything because they are intellectually incapable of comprehending that facts and figures are even necessary to believe that they are right.

    • I bet is not a fact sir. are your facts liberal or conservative or you are assuming that there is 2 party system that so happens to conveniently mysteriously agree when it serves corp or elite interests.yurimon
    • to conveniently or mysteriously agree when it serves corp or elite interests.yurimon
    • u keep on preparing yourself for overthrow of the "two-party elite" govt. Lets see how that goes when they show a firecracker up your ass and fire it up.pr2

so I cant feed your delusions much. sorry.

How many of you think this girl was unjust for hurting that poor burglar molester?

    • not unjust but notice she didn't use an assault rifle and emptied 30 bullets into this asshole.fooler
    • I do believe different circumstances require diff weaponry. shotgun worked well for this. semi works well in another scenario. can you advise me when and what?yurimon
    • other scenarios for defense. can you advise me when and what I should use?yurimon
    • good one yuri, stories like this mos def show a need for weapons and also shows how fucked up our society is when some sick fuck wants to do whatever with our kidsmoldero
    • some sick fuck wants to do something to our kidsmoldero
  • moldero0

something needs to be done with our society/system, we need to get to the root of the problem. the government isnt going to do it, their no longer in control, the corporations are the new powers that be.

why are we on all these drugs n shit?
why is our youth so angry?
why does America have so many god damn pedophiles?
    ^
all symptoms of the real problem

I say the problem is we are nothing but consumers to the new powers that be, meant to work more and more, just to consume more and more. And pharmaceutical companies love/profit from this, because when we realize our unhappiness, some Dr. prescribes us some drugs feeding another leech to the happiness of society.

Americans are over worked period, it doesn't matter how much we get paid, with our lifestyle in this rat race we will always be broke, we will always feel the need to go right back to work, the system is made for some of us to get paid just enough to buy some new shit but not enough to retire at a decent age. we are slaves, but our media tells us we are free, and we buy it because we are suckers. then our children suffer because we don't invest the necessary time with them, so they either grow up on meds or with so many god damn insecurities that our future screwed. all this, just to line the pockets of a few.
Im a gun guy, but that shooting with the 15 six year old kids being shot and killed by another child told me our society cant handle certain freedoms anymore. people are not the same as they used to be when the 2nd amendment was written. There was a purity that we lost as a people when we allowed our freedoms to be bought.

    • i've been thinking exactly about those symptomshektor911
    • I agree with a lot of what you say here.orrinward2
