His videos sounded like he was reading a movie script. Obviously had serious mental health issues.

He killed 3 by knife, and 3 by gun. Yet it's a gun issue. Yeah ok.
- Ban metal, I say.detritus
- Starting with the music...detritus
- He also wore shoes. Does that make it not a gun issue as well for you?hereswhatidid
- BAN CLOTH!
Let's ALL be NAKED on the street.pango

Everyone should wear kevlar suits for now on.

- I heard this logic years ago. IS he the originator?hotroddy
- dasohr0
- lemme guess... he would have used a knife if there wasn't a gun, because he was going to kill him anywaymonospaced
- Blame it on the parent, not the weapon. Laws do not work. Im pretty sure ppl still do illegal drugs.CygnusZero4
- Blame the parent for having a gun? Sure. Just another reason to ban them.monospaced
- CygnusZero40
There are actually people in this world that believe stiffer gun laws will work! Ha good one.
I remember when they trying to make drug laws more strict. Once they did that, the import business exploded in Florida. Same would happen with guns. The problem is shitty parents, people not being proactive with troubled friends or relatives.
This stuff happens more here than say in Canada because the population is significantly larger, and there is a lot more shithole towns here like say Camden NJ. The problems needs to be dealt with at the real sources. Banning weapons will accomplish nothing at all. And Im pretty damn sure most killings are done with illegal weapons anyway. But yep, keep screaming about laws. Those always stop people from doing illegal things. Wish I lived in a fishbowl like all you derps qq-ing about gun laws all the time.
- Stronger restrictions would help, especially ones that would stop an unstalbe teen from buying 3 handgunsmonospaced
- or from white trash rednecks from getting military style assault weaponsmonospaced
- Also, every country that has banned guns has benefitted, so your assumptions are wrong.monospaced
- Murica needs more guns, bible and grits.utopian
- < and hashbrownsRamanisky2
- Where do you think the illegal guns come from?hereswhatidid
- CygnusZero40
For example that nut in Cali that killed 6 people. He obtained those weapons legally. The issue thought is that he has been wanting to do this for over a year, with deep hatred for people. When someone is determined does anyone really believe a law will stop them? I mean come on.
As soon as I heard people screaming about gun laws after it happened I actually lol'd. These people are nuts, desperate and determined. Laws dont prevent them from achieving their goals of killing people.
These mass killings are few and far between, they dont represent the average murder, which Im sure is done in many of the rundown inner cities where there are few legally obtained weapons anyway.
Combine the massive population of the US and how many shitty projects/hoods there are here, Im really not too sure laws would change much.
- the problem is that he obtained them legally, the law should make them harder or impossible to obtainmonospaced
- at least some part of it was made possible knowing he could EASILY obtain the gunsmonospaced
- I'm sure he would be slightly deterred if it were near impossible to get them legallymonospaced
- yeah but can we make it harder for him to purchase. I mean the fucktard might as well have gone to a vending machine for his guns & over 400 rounds of ammoRamanisky2
- Simply making something harder to get has a massive effect on spur of the moment type actions.hereswhatidid

Mass killings used to be few and far between. That is no longer the case. What we need is Australian style gun laws.

So honestly, I tried staying as far away as possible from this eliot roger thing that's going on on tumbler and other sites frequented by my preferred earthlings,
the discussion is always, screw men for their misogynistic views, all men are rapist, eye rape this, etc,etc
so I went and checked his victims (sorry for the families btw) and most of them are....
so why is the debate so skewed?
- because he specifically talked about targeting women for not putting out basicalllyhereswhatidid
- Coward ass bitch did not even kill the hot bitches that rejected him, or the hip cool dudes that stole his women. Pussy rot in your grave!utopian

^ If you watched one of his youtube vids from the night before he did this, his plan was to enter a sorority house after he killed his roommates and kill every girl he could in there, but the door was locked and he couldnt get in. So he was left to just drive around shooting some random ppl, and only happened to kill 2 girls, so his plan didnt pan out.
- People said they hear someone banging at the door and they wouldnt open it, so he left.CygnusZero4
- Ok, so he was just a crazyGeorgesII
- CygnusZero40
Something off beat but it was in that manifesto he wrote, after he did all this, his plan was to simultaneously fire both hand guns into his head, just to ensure himself the quickest death possible.
Thats impossible. One of them would have to go off before the other, making it impossible to pull the other trigger. It tells me he wasnt a very smart kid. Aside from being fucked up mentally he lacked common sense. Anyone with half a brain knows that cant be done.
- Its almost like trying to hit record on 2 devices at the same time. One has to happen before the other.CygnusZero4
- so what?monospaced
- you're just bolstering my point that that guns are too easy to acquire by even stupid peoplemonospaced
- ohhhhhsnap0
if they wanted to do something about access of guns. they would have already. it will never happen.
- BusterBoy0
Apparently a gun range in Oklahoma has received a liquor license...what could possibly go wrong.

At least four people were shot Thursday afternoon at Seattle Pacific University in Seattle and police have one suspect in custody.
A second suspect is at large. He is a white man with a long-sleeved blue shirt with long vertical stripes. Police said he's armed with a handgun.
The shooting happened about 3:30 p.m. in Otto Miller Hall, 3rd Avenue West and West Nickerson Street. The campus was on lockdown.
