Started eating better after hearing this one. Just buying more veggies and seeds and stuff. Only caught it by accident, listening to the channel of this band I enjoy.
Digestion has improved, don't have to run to the bathroom every day after work anymore, so it's been good so far.
- good vid.utopian
- Isn't regular bathroom visits good though? You could set your watch by my after work poops.section_014
- lol, they are, but to phrase it differently I'll just say in terms of the way things move through the system, my body is complaining less.T-Dawg
- if digestion improved, wouldn't you have to go to the bathroom more often?Miguex
- For more clarification, it's the bloating that's been greatly reduced.T-Dawg
- Will ck it outnotype

Guise,
I need a couple minutes of your time. I'm doing some basic research for a UX class and need to gather some additional info.
I set up a simple form. If you can spare a couple of minutes of your day I would appreciate it.

- I've been doing wim hof technique almost daily for almost a year now. It's life changing.********
- It's basically ancient yogic techniques, but he has science testing and subsequently backing it up, which helps certain types of people accept it.********
- Who fucking cares what anyone says, just try it and see how you feel.********

I've often wondered if this:
I was bed bound for 3 days after eating non-organic gluten crisps from Tesco (problem right there!) and once I eat by mistake organic "gluten" and was not. Often pondered if it was the chemicals that is dumped on the food. If I could eat gluten and be vegan my life would be so much easier!

Bring on the down votes ;-P
- My gf's daughter can eat all the organic bread she wants without issue. with regular bread she's knocked out.Gnash
- I want to try this - but one bad hit and I'm out for about a week. two weeks before I feel good again...mugwart

Glyphosate.******** - Plus lack of healthy gut bacteria in most people.I assume he's going to mention these things...********
- The moment he said that set - i thought of you!
he has mentioned them in other videos I believe.mugwart - in video he says UK is like 11x over safe limit.mugwart

I've had lower back issues for a while now and this stretch out strap seems to have finally helped me and wanted to share in case others are dealing with similar. I do these hamstring stretches every morning and whenever I feel tight, and it loosens my lower back right up.
It's called the Stretch Out Strap

I made this twice and the whole family has loved it! We also think it cured our youngest from the flu.
** follow it exactly, especially the spices. **
The only changes I made were:
-I had my own home made stock from the day before
-I used fresh tomatoes
-I used white meat
-I added carrots, celery, Serranos, and chayote, with the first veggies that get sauteed.I topped it with avo, homemade corn chips that I fried up, small cubes of Monterrey Jack, a dab of canned Chipotles, and a squeeze of lime. Oh, and definitely add the corn, frozen or canned.
here is mine:
- thanks.notype

Apparently I breathe heavily at night (in intervals, somewhat Darth Vador like kind of intensity) -- had to record myself over night to be sure.
Anyone have this or know what brings it on?
What'd you do to stop it?Could it be stress?
- Does your house suffer from mildew or humidity at all? Conversely, is it dusty?detritus
- It's not ventilated well. New building, but I sleep in a smallish/not too small room with an HVAC (usually on) door closed...notype
- Yeah, it may be a little humid... usually feel it when walking in from outside.notype
- Go: Dehumidifier; New pillow, with drops of lavendar oil underneath; Eye mask; Clean duvet that someone tucks you into tightly before you sleep.detritus
- If you drink booze before you sleep, try not to, and don't eat too late. My sleep breathing can be all over the place when I'm not on best form.detritus
- Failing that, ear plugs for your partner.detritus
- this is all amazing advice. I thought humidifier / humidity was good for the skin though?notype
- it's all in balance. Air too dry isnt great for your breathing. If y ou can afford an air purifier I'd defo get thatmugwart
- ^ on it!notype
- have you looked into sleep apnea?Gnash
