Tony Timpa called 911 on Aug. 10, 2016, from the parking lot of a Dallas porn store, saying he was afraid and needed help. He told a dispatcher he suffered from schizophrenia and depression and was off his prescription medication and had taken drugs.

Surveillance footage in the police shooting death of a teenager has emerged, showing cops firing at the 19-year-old as he ran away from them, reports the Colorado Springs Gazette.
De’Von Bailey was allegedly fleeing the scene of a robbery. Two Colorado Springs Officers chased him. The footage shows him falling to the ground after getting shot. According to experts interviewed by the Gazette, the teen didn’t appear to be wielding any type of weapon or threatening police.
“He appears to be shot in his back as he is running away, wearing gym shorts and a T-shirt,” John Burton, a 40-year lawyer and former board president of the National Police Accountability Project, told the Gazette. “And even if he is armed, that’s not enough to justify a shooting generally, unless the weapon is being used or threatened to be used, which I don’t see it (on the video). He is definitely not reaching in his waistband and about to shoot the officers.”

Farmington, NM police officer Zachary Christensen has resigned after video showed him roughing up a sixth grader. The officer denied he was using excessive force on the 11-year-old girl even after a school administrator told him she is not a threat to anyone.

The incident is a couple of years old...newly released footage.
Video of a police officer fatally shooting a teenager as he ran away has been released two years after the shooting occurred. Isiah Murrietta-Golding was 16 when he was shot in the back of the head by a police officer in April 2017.
Murrietta-Golding was unarmed at the time of the shooting, said Stuart Chandler, the attorney for his father.
Surveillance footage shows the teen climbing a fence and then taking about eight steps before being shot by one of two officers seen in the video.
Body camera footage appears to show the other officer on the scene say "good shot" to the officer who fired the weapon.
