- After all the other "special operations" Putin had, they all didn't bothered to put up a fight 'cuz no sanctions back thengrafician
- Now that sanctions will hurt them directly, let's see how fast they will topple Vlad or re-elect him again next year as a "strong leader"grafician
- apparently a lot of them started complaining on Tiktok and Telegram (only services still available for them) about the situationgrafician
- but hey, they kept re-electing him as the supreme leader again and again
ignorance and stupidity can really hurt you, as they should...grafician

Financing right-wing organizations, and political parties
The same thing happened now: Le Pen took a photo with Putin in Moscow and then received many millions of euros for his campaign a few months later. In October, Orbán received Le Pen in Budapest, and the same scenario took place: a hand kiss, then MKB, where Orbán's man is the main owner, gave Le Pen more than ten million euros. Don't think that Orbán didn't decide on the money.

- Hungary is ignored by everybody in the EU political scene 'cuz of that idiot
Basically a pariah inside the EU
You need to get rid of that trumpian muppet fastgrafician - Orban is in power because a far right movement (called Jobbik) what got turned into a political party. It is proven that they got their financing from rassa.sted
- When one of their spies got caught this political party had a 180 degree turn. Orban had to distance himself, but his job wasn't done.sted
- Populist idiots need to go, as the EU voted recently soft "sanctions" against states that don't obey the rule of law - like Hungary and Poland...grafician
- Maybe after the war ends, Europe takes a hard look at itself and cuts all these fuckers for goodgrafician
- Poland is being bullied by German-led EU for implementing judiciary structure based on many EU countries, including Germany.shaft
- The problem EU has with Poland is that it is now governed by opposition of current EU administration. Hence the bullying.shaft
- Warsaw mayor Trzaskowski, failed presidential candidate said it straight: "elect us and the sanctions will go, frozen funds will flow". It's all there is to it.shaft

"In Moscow, McDonald's packs up, radio falls silent and the brain drain begins"
-
"In recent years, Russian society has become a mall society. People spend their weekends in these consumer hubs; heading there for walks, visiting restaurants, watching films, and of course shopping. Russia is a consumers' paradise -- especially after the economic growth of the early 2000s -- thanks to high prices for Russian oil and the end of the post-Soviet transitional period.
In these boom times, the general consensus among the middle classes of the big cities has been "yes, we have an authoritarian leader, but why do we need democracy?" Russians, it appeared, were doing just fine without democracy -- we've learned what kinds of wines we like to drink, we're picky about cars and holiday resorts abroad.
Since the fall of the Soviet Union, foreign businesses, brands, technology, parts and partners have increased employment, expanded competencies. We are still on our own -- politically and militarily -- but in lifestyle, we are no different from Westerners.
Over the years, McDonald's has become, in the eyes of Russians, associated with youth and low-level managers. Long forgotten was its symbolism -- of the Western world arriving in the USSR. The first McDonald's in Russia opened in Moscow in January 1990, more than a year before the Soviet Union collapsed in December 1991.
When McDonald's shuttered this week, it signaled the end of the West in authoritarian Russia. The days of our merry global consumption were over, and it pointed to darker ones ahead."

Meanwhile in Poland...
"While the Ukrainians fight a terrible, tragic war in order to be part of Europe, the Polish far-right ruling party continues to take steps that could end in Poland being expelled from the European Union. It is astonishing."
- Vlad meddling...grafician
- Ahoy, sunny uplands of PLexitBrabo_Brabo
- Nonsense. Applebaum is a vapid propagandist married to Sikorski, the disgraced Russia-friendly Polish politician (he wanted Russia in NATO).shaft
- - Poland is not ruled by a far right party. It's center-right. Generic conservative.shaft
- - lastly... a country cannot be expelled from the EU and the government is not looking for it.
It is pro-EU, so is its electorate.shaft - She writes: "Don't ask me to explain it, I can't."
She's right on that.shaft

"russian finance minister siluanov says russia will fulfil its state debt obligations, will pay in roubles until state reserves are unfrozen - ria"
"russian finance minister siluanov says sanctions have frozen around $300 bln of russian gold and forex reserves - tass"
- LOL!
"forget gold, da, we pay rouble, it's good for you, da"grafician - Swiss has that gold? If I was Putin I'd take Switzerland first and then who's your daddy?Beeswax
- On point, their foreign reserves are around $600B
GDP $1.7T
Credit rating: BBB- (Fitch)
Trade partners: 45% EU+UK, China 9%...grafician - Paying debt in roubles = default soongrafician
- measurable accumulated reserves are $650B.
2/4 of this is in foreign investments (fucked),
1/4 is in gold (exactly 0 use).sted - ^lol ikr! I mean who tf goes to war with their main trade partner and most of their reserves outside the country
Utter and even total incompetence!grafician
- LOL!

1. Ukrainians are really fighting against Putin's regime, not against Russians per se, something that the Russians ought to be doing themselves.
If Ukraine surrenders, Putin will purge everyone who was not sufficiently pro-Putin on this new wave of victorious enthusiasm.
In a sense, Ukrainians are sacrificing their lives for Russian slaves.
2. According to Putin Ukraine isn't a country and not even a nation of their own (maybe partly true, Ukraine did not exist as a sovereign state before USSR, same with Belarus and Baltic states, btw, even Ukraine's old name, Malorussia (little Russia), speaks of that).
But "wars make states": If Ukrainians win this war, this will definitely and undeniably cement their national identity as separate from its big sister. There will be a massive boost of nationalism.
So, basically, everything is at stake. Glory to Ukraine!
- And before that Russia didn't exist as a country. It was part of Кiевская Русь.zaq

Kremlin papers appear to show Putin’s plot to put Trump in White House.
- Putin can't even control a few lousy army brigades he ACTUALLY has control over, so... he can dream all he wants and play with his crayons but the reality is...pr2
- Apparently they also funded BLM to cause more polarisation. Makes sense when you think about it.Chimp
- of course, we've been saying this all along. Trump is the ultimate stooge in every sense of the word._niko
- Soros funds BLM, no?Brabo_Brabo
- lol @ funding for BLM.
