You look at code for your old website from 7 years ago, where you coded php sessions and variables and the site architecture in a mix of php and javascript - and are having to read each line of code really carefully as you can't remember what any of it does. At the same time are quite amazed that you coded it. And then you look at the htaccess file and have forgotten how any of those rewrite rules work.

You have to stop doing the leg exercises your physio gave you to take the strain off your knees (which are fucked) because they cause your back to spasm so badly that you can't stand up straight for a week - the effect of which sets off your gammy shoulder.
