I just talked to my friends 17-year old. He told me his favorite bands were Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam and Stone Temple Pilots.
Those were my favorite bands at that age. Is that a sign I'm getting old? Shouldn't he be listening to Gersploosh and Skizzglotch and other bands I don't know about, making me feel old? That's the usual situation when asking teenagers about their music taste.
I don't feel old, I feel bemused.
