I think I was looking for a solution to an actionscript issue I was having.

Classmate in college showed me NT. Found the LoLCube and the peace it brings.

Around 2002/03 either a co-worker got me on to it or it was linked to via Design is Kinky? Looong time ago. Lurked for years but think I signed up while I while I was living in London so I could contribute to what you listening to and FMT threads. I used to get amped for the FMT threads, exposed me to so much music I would never of come across through my usual circles.

What MonNom said.
Used to hang out in Dreamless.org (even had the t-shirt! - given by Joshua at FlashForward, London).
When dreamless ended we all kinda migrated to Newstoday.

There was a forum called dreamless.org that I think was associated somehow with Joshua Davis. I might have found it through k10k.net which was a daily visit back then. Dreamless shut down and a lot of users from there all migrated to newstoday at the same time.

anyone else remember
?
Back in the day, that site was a bigger influence on me than newstoday. In terms of exposure to new styles and visual ideas.
Surprised to see the site is still going.
