Order for the M4 / 1TB / 24GB placed, with $365 in trade-in for my Mac Mini M1.
Mac Mini has worked perfectly fine but sometimes Logic Pro is a bit sluggish. Hoping the 24GB of memory and the overall speed jump is a nice upgrade. Little treat to myself... 8 months unemployed and just accepted an offer for a 12 month contract UX Strategy role in fintech. I was going to upgrade my Fuji camera but I'll get so much more out of a computer upgrade as I work on the album I've been recording.

- not really critique, more just a suggestion. its all a bit too clean. it needs dirt and crackle.. not to say just slap RC-20 plugin on for dirtautoflavour
- but it feels a bit too clinical .. it needs to be scuffed up a bit in the dirt.. like layer in some lofi drum loop over the drums, or something.autoflavour
