no, they'll just focus their persuasions on the 'all important middle ground', and split it up with wedge-issues and general befuddlement to whatever ends they choose.

Man I really like Ron Paul. If you guys missed his speech at the Rally for the Republic I highly suggest it. While he's not really 'polished' I do agree with about 90% of what he says.
- ukit0
mikotondria3, normally I agree with 99.99% of everything you have to say, but this idea that Brzezinski is controlling Obama is just conspiracy shit. Where is the evidence that that guy, whatever you think of him, really has that much power and influence? I don't see it.
- Im just researching it now.. Im not going to count it out just cause its amongst the consp. disinfo, and vice versa....tbcmikotondria3
- Yeah I wouldn't trust anything like that straight out .. interesting theory though.tommyo

with the current state of affairs, and after 6 glasses of wine, i have come to the conclusion we need a president that can deal with the intense economic situation, we need something like a pitbull, but with lipstick... a hockeymom from alaska!
- We? Aren't you Dutch?:)ukit
- the influence of any us president has a linear and direct effect on the dutch being their bitch..janne76
- the bitchessness of the dutch towards such a superpower has always been consistently obedient..janne76
- in other words, it doesn't matter who is in charge, our PM will always happily bend over...janne76

Why do Americans constantly forget the whole world is watching over their shoulders? their president will also fuck up our lives, why don't they realize? we will all be assfucked together, mind you!
- tommyo0
haha Well when the aliens attack then we'll have just one big government! And it'll be like Robotech! Don't worry Janne, we'll be saluting the same flag soon enough...either through our nation building...or aliens.

The Federal Government just gave out $1 Trillion, over the past 3 months, in corporate welfare and you want lower taxes. Tommyo is not a CPA, apparently.
Is there going to be a point in Tommyo's life that he realizes that his views are unrealistic and unsustainable? What about the current balance sheet? Without taxes, this debt just keeps compounding, what do you do about that? Cut taxes? Wait until the alarm clock wakes you up?

What we need is a new world order.
- janne760
right,
so how is the economy over there?
- ukit0
Most of us are living in mud huts and hunting stray dogs at this point.
- tommyo0
Dr Bombay I think you did a little pick and choose with what I wrote. I don't think our government should be involved in corporations. And I don't think the Americans who got shit ass loans should have been able to get them in the first place.
Unrealistic and unsustainable is exactly what we have now sir.
- and you want lower taxes...DrBombay
- Yes that's naturally the idea when you have less government. They spend less...they charge less.tommyo
- and the debt, just the debt that been accrued in the last 90 days, what of that?DrBombay
- What would be cut out of government to save money?DrBombay
- Just as many believe that the days of cheap fuel is over, I believe the days of tax cuts are gone.DrBombay
- otherwise we are living in a fantasy world.DrBombay
- defense?janne76
- fuck it, you people post to fast.. it is deep night here.. almost morning ffs...janne76
- Bombay...so you're saying that we're going in the right direction right now then? I really don't get what you're talking about.tommyo
- The way to start paying off a debt is to start spending less and paying that debt down...which I'm all for.tommyo
- which would include taxes, which you are not for.DrBombay
- .....uh yeah dood I uhh have no idea what you're after here. *shoot gun in air* Arrrrriba arrrrriba....go fish man.tommyo
- you should never cop outDrBombay
- You think I mean 'tomorrow'? Is that what you're talking about? Of course not guy what do you think I'm dumb? Gov has a lottommyo
- of changing to do before we could ever reap the benefits of smaller gov.tommyo
- cop out? Are you on meds? I feel like I'm reading Kafka or something.tommyo
- I was referring to you saying duhh and shooting guns in the air.DrBombay
- No I am not on meds, but all of this libertarian talk takes no account for the current balance sheet...DrBombay
- it will take taxes to bring us to your utopia.DrBombay
- Yeah man I'm fine with 'taxes' I just think 'free' health care means more taxes..read my book on the last page again.tommyo
- what besides less government though? no social programs whatsoever, you're going to need guns.DrBombay
- I reread your rant...
you borrow money from you parents, I borrow money to my parents, you have no frame of reference sir, like donnie from the big lebowski.DrBombay - reference sir, like donnie from the big lebowski.DrBombay
- honestly, I think that is a major thing with you, you can not realize someone else's situation.DrBombay
- being a libertarian means that is is all about "you"DrBombay
- I would have way more respect for you if you said you cared about no one but yourself, then at least it would be honest.DrBombay
- I said I DON'T borrow money from my folks. I did ONCE. I think you're just fucking with me.tommyo
- tommyo0
In a nutshell...personal responsibility.
- ukit0
Actually, that was snark. I'm personally doing just fine. Just landed a very well-paying job in fact. There are certain parts of the country that are doing really, really bad, namely the industrial midwest, because of the failure of the auto industry and other factors. In the big cities and coastal areas, the main problem is that housing prices have sunk quite a bit, although here in Seattle that hasn't even really happened yet.
