Nayib Bukele announces Bitcoin prescription for El Salvador: 1 BTC a day.

- Bitcoin still at $16K and Tether still under $1
All of crypto still in liquidity crunch
What changed?grafician - Bitcoin always moves in the direction of maximum pain. If everyone expects it to go down, it will go updrgs
- Why do you keep forget it tracks the stock market?
But keep guessinggrafician - Can't wait to sell my bitcoin and get out of that shit. Focus on investing on me, not get rich scam coins.shapesalad
- "it tracks the stock market" is the exact reason it needs to go up. It went in the opposite direction 10 days ago
https://www.tradingv…drgs - yeah BTC is allergic to the bullshit that happens in the crypto markets too
it's called trading newsgrafician - but it was more like a panic sale due to lack of liquidity in the crypto markets
there's nowhere real $800B in this shitgrafician - under $16K miners really go under btw
mining is not profitable with ASICs anymoregrafician - Difficulty adjustment --> fewer minersdrgs
- What part of miners going under don't people get?
Oh wellgrafician - It is clear, some miners will have to sell their asics, but why is this critical for Bitcoin?drgs
- no miners, price drops big, end of cryptografician
- because the system is built on leverage so the domino effect will kill crypto
nobody would bother with bitcoin after thatgrafician - *waves from the future
Have fun staying poordrgs

Saylor... the King of the Ponzi Tulip Hype.
- I hope he gets crushed to bankruptcy. Fuck that SaylorNBQ00
- I used to watch this channel before I got brainwashed with FOMO of crypto... recently gone back to Andy's channel. Will get out of crypto.shapesalad
- Saylor heavily buying post halving, in a bull market, is one of the most idiotic plays.inteliboy

Bitcoin is like investing in Vintage Dinky Cars.
There's limited supply.
You can't buy it in a tax free wrapper (ISA in UK for example).
There's no real use to it (can't even 'flip' a bitCOIN to decide who kicks off a football game... can't do the commute in a Dinky Car).
It's attractive to nerds and dorks and those involved at the top look weird (SBF, Vitalik Buterin for example).
It's bad for the environment - uses energy to be realised.
- It doesn't grow or pay dividends, you have 1 bitcoin / 1 dinky car today... in a decade, you still have 1 bitcoin / 1 dinky car.shapesalad
- You can easily bring them across boarders (stuff a dinky car in your pocket for example).shapesalad
- You can lose them easily!shapesalad
- shapesalad-1
- Jeff destroys the whole 'limited supply' thesis of Bitcoin and that being why it will be the world currency. TLDR - it won't work.shapesalad
- One use for bitcoin - you can hide money when getting divorced.shapesalad
- shapesalad turned bearish -- time to buydrgs
- ^^^uan
- not bearish - coming to terms with my loss... 1 btc of worthless digital code. By all means, pump it up, I'll sell at $70kshapesalad
- My first reaction when I really dug into bitcoin was - it's only worth what the next person is willing to pay for it. And that remains.shapesalad
- If all bitcoin mining was done with waste energy, gas flares, hydro - then there could well be a floor price, but that would be tiedshapesalad
- to the general energy sector average cost. It isn't ever going to be worth $1m per coin, not unless everyone goes full on FOMO.shapesalad

Bitcoin is the currency version of Esperanto.
And will be equally as adopted as Esperanto. As in, it won’t be the native currency of any country and will just be used by nerds... just like Esperanto.
- After years of trying to figure out what Bitcoin is... finally it clicked! Ah, it’s the Esperanto of currencies.shapesalad
- lol_niko
- Hehedrgs
- Except it's not used as a currency. It's a super volatile stock with nothing backing it. Aside from hoards of people trying to get rich form it.section_014
- yep... it's more like a cult than currency.shapesalad
