It’s not conclusive, it’s not properly tested
/ researched but.... Finnish sauna use seems to help increase the immune system. Not saying it’s cure for the CCP Virus. But if you want to increase your chances again it, getting hot in a Sauna/Onsen and then rapidly cooling down, then back in the Sauna/Onsen seems to be the way forward.
