‘Firms will go bust’: Germany prepares for a future without Russian gas
Germany is bracing for supplies to be cut by Moscow in retaliation for sanctions or as part of an energy embargoIn Germany, they call it “Day X”. Businesses up and down the land are making contingency plans for what is seen as a growing likelihood that Russian gas will stop flowing into Europe’s biggest economy.

The reason why the Muscovite scum army fights so bad is because they spend more time thinking up ways how not to be beaten up by their superiors than how to fight the enemy.
Here is a memoir of a report who was a Russian conscript in the Chechen war of 1996 then 2000.
They literally were robbed blind by their superiors (as i'm sure is the case now), were turned into personal slaves (as i'm sure is the case now), beaten every day (as i'm sure is the case now as is proven by the captured conscripts telling their parents that Ukrainians don't beat them unlike their own), then they are asked to come up with exorbitant amounts of money to pay. So they steal everything that's not bolted down. They rob their army stockpiles then sell it to the enemy. You want rocket lunches to blow up Russian tanks, no problem! Then, to protect their back, they create fake reports that this or that destroyed tank or BMP also was overloaded with the supplies thus all were lost.
This pathology run so deep that even the officers beat each other. This is why the war is so important. It's not only between two countries that don't like each other but about a state of mind. One, that of the Russian scum, of feudal 3rd world country; the other, the Ukrainians, representing liberal views where an individual and his/her rights stand above anything else.
As one of my educated Russian friends spoke, "I'm glad that i left that sever."
Muscovite scum must be defeated.

When a paper like the Guardian/Observer is calling for direct Nato intervention, things really are grim.
'In the face of Vladimir Putin’s cruelty, Nato must consider taking much tougher options'
https://www.theguardian.com/comm…
But, they're right, of course. Sanctions aren't working, and Putin couldn't give a rat's arse about being dumped from the UN Human Rights Council, Fifa, etc, etc.
I wonder if anyone at Nato has the stones for it.

If so... End of noteOBBTKN - There have been atrocities all over the world that have been largely ignored. There will be no escalation for this.formed

- Russia are currently recruiting 60 000 reservists. There is no way they can "branch out" to start a second parallel wardrgs

Interesting aspect of the sanctions I hadn't seen...sanctions prevent foreign companies from issuing SSL certificates to Russian websites.
The Russian government was forced to quickly set up their own SSL issuing authority, but the sanctions may also prevent browser makers such as Google from accepting certificates issued by Russia.
So Russian users may eventually all be forced to use local browsers (which currently consists only of Yandex and one other browser) as foreign issued SSL certs gradually expire. It also creates a point of failure where hackers can potentially target the Russian authority and take down every Russian website.
- Why would they do that? You can issue your own SSL certificates very easy with letsencrypt. It's a program you put on your own server that generates...section_014
- a certificate via an authentication process. It doesn't require any third party service to generate a certificate.section_014
- Yeah I'm not sure about the technical details, would Let's Encrypt be suitable for a big e-commerce site? I did notice that on the org's forum they are alsoyuekit

- I can't think of a reason it wouldn't be suitable for a large e-commerce store.section_014

Also as a sign of how difficult it may be to evade sanctions, Huawei which previously made up a third of all network equipment in Russia has stopped taking orders and closed its offices there.

The austrian chancelor went to putin today.. it´s embarrising. looks like his wife celebrated with special police unit and they crashed cars a few weeks ago and now he has an investigation on his tail... he also lied about in a special press conference it turned out and now he is on some wierd escape trip.
He is a pretty unelegant fella .. not even elected but sneaked in after a step down ..a guy that is no fun with an military history and then went into politics.. a scary sucker from the countryside.
Experts on Russia from University said its not good to go because vlad will use the meeting as a sign for the EU loving him in his propaganda machine.
Well he still went.. with no result´s as expected... superidiotic.
