Lost my temper with a college, who insists on doing things the most convoluted and rigid ways, while I'm trying to work smarter.
But I'm the idiot, I lost my temper, I was out of line, I recognize this.
However, now she calls me a misogynist. I criticized her work. I said nothing about her gender. For fucks sake.

Your Bike
New-to-me-bike – 2017 Foundry Flyover (aka Cardinal). Titanium frame with a carbon fork. Built up with a SRAM Rival / Force 1x drivetrain, Reserve 32|GR wheels laced to Zipp 76/176 hubs (same hubs as the Zipp 303S wheels), running Enve Road 700x35 tires. Wolf Tooth red accents throughout. Weighs in at 19lbs 12oz (for an XL, with pedals & cages), and goes like a rocket. Climbs surprisingly well for a CX bike.
I sold my previous Foundry and regretted it almost immediately, so I jumped on this the moment it popped up and I'm glad I did.

The International Photography Awards just announced the winners for this year's competition, and I'm happy to see that I placed 2nd in the Architecture category, advancing from previous years' Shortlisted and Honorable Mention. It feels kind of fun since the category is mostly digital, B&W, ND filters with long shutter speed, and I shot film on an old medium format camera from the late 70s.
I enter one or two competitions a year even though I don't really think you can compete like this in photography. I rarely enter with the photos I'm most happy with and usually take but instead try and come up with ideas that work in these type of events. But still in my kind of style. I see it more as a fun project for an image or two you could say.
So this is my winning entry: Solna Centrum subway station, shot on a Mamiya 645 1000s with a Mamiya Sekor C 80mm f/2.8 lens and Kodak Portra 160 film.

Annual workplace harassment prevention training where I am REQUIRED to spend at least X amount of time on each slide. If I read and answer too fast a timer comes up that I have to sit through before continuing.

I dunno if these are actually the BEST but they are some of my favourites as I have listened to them quite a lot. My faves rarely turn up in mags and website end of year best of's so they are probably more an indication of my personal tastes rather than the back scratching of an artist or label as I know some writers tend to do.
