#maganbq - haha the logic of this... Lets take a moment to honor the sacrifice of our brave citizens who lay their lives down to protect our liberties to drink, drive, etc********
- the scariest thing about this russian troll baiting shit is people are not smart enough to see the logical fallicies/motive involved********
- and how easily you can pied piper fools with nice slogans and design. maybe a misconception that human intelligence has increased in 5000 years helps promote********
- ignorance. a false sense security of sorts********
- it's not a logic puzzle, ffs, it's a satirical and powerful statement that collectively combines several opposing viewpoints on a real problem in this nationmonospaced
- kids are dying while assholes still argue that guns are not a problemmonospaced
- you, on the other hand, have provided no "logic" to counter this at all, except to say people are what, stupid for talking about it?monospaced
- The fact remains, school shootings are a problem, and nobody seems to give a fuck, especially those who defend the right to bear arms and assault riflesmonospaced
- If you don't see the problem, then it's YOU who is ignorant. This isn't a lie, or russian trolling.monospaced
- ^ Exactly what mono saidformed
- people being harassed for defending gun rights is also still a problem and nothing you send has any logic to contend that... haha********
- actually what i pointed out was a logical fallacy to the "powerful" statement. It is clearly false comparison. As I demonstrated above to show other biases.********
- even your defending "logic". Its sad that it has to be broken down like this grade school style********
- irrational to think childrens existence is merely acceptance for violence. we should honor the sacrifice of brave women who lay down and open vaginas********
- to be raped by male dicks. do it with fat people and cake shops if helping be fat is the evil of the day.********
- because it is stated doesn't mean there is any rational connection. logical fallacies try to build a false bridge.********
- or better yet. to help display the fallacy prove why its logical that a child chooses to sacrifice himself for gun rights generally speaking? im pretty sure we********
- know that to be untrue********
- and this is where logical fallacy as parody becomes a joke and herds on feelings. not even goosing fake reason. if you see all that than what is the logical********
- message trying to be said... is it as simple as saying mmm guns bad mmkay... which i think is exactly the point********
- and that is a stupid statement with absolutely 0 merit or power, just phrased fresh for what resonates,********
- and if you dont see this manipulation as said "russia" mainpulation well maybe youre just the cattle********
- man, that's a lot of rambling nonsense for something that a child can understand! I really hate the term, but "triggered" comes to mind...formed
- Seriously fucking triggered.monospaced
- oh yea totally triggered because I think you believe it to be a powerful statement. if you know its a dumb joke than I'd laugh. sometimes being triggered isnt********
- a irrational response to stimuli, but more of a moral imperative/ survival instinct when you see people being dumb that will have negative consequences for othe********
- rs. and trying to state im triggered is ad hominem to actually explaining why the message is powerful and not false comparisons. band wagon your russian trollin********
- type posts boys. You are can be the moral majority, a barbie doll sorority. Reason and rights mean little to you as pro-life, bible thumps you don't like********
- Stfu alreadymonospaced
- why cause it triggers you? see how well that works for discourse... sigh********
- you're calling people idiots because they see the irony in people arguing for guns, sending prayers, while children die in school? fuck off alreadymonospaced
- I guess you don't give a fuck about the life of innocent kids dying because some other kid has easy access to killing machines? you're fucked up dudemonospaced
- nothing about my response, or this post, is irrational, at allmonospaced
- haha wow. loaded much. i dont care about "innocent kids dying because some other kid has easy access to killing machines?" haha jeezus. what reality do u live********
- in. No i dont care about any innocent person dying because someone has access to "killing machines"... haha but that isnt the same as saying i dont care or********
- feel for victims of crime. Just means im smart enough not to group it all together irrationally. .. i do think you missed the fuckin joke of it and got baited********
- walk the logic through. look at it. We have a victim by someone with ill intent. Gun might make it easier but not having it doesnt prevent it********
- like a sad soccer mom who wants to ban alcohol or dancing for a dui or promiscuous sex. but simply to be free means we live with certain dangers********
- and unhinged social media fame killers will find a way or we will give all freedom for false security. And you know what benjamin said about that? Look at********
- xinjiang or even the Uk about control and the slow fear baited irrational sense of it. Also since you are city boy. Probably tough to imagine guns are much more********
- defense and support. city you have ranges, but you don't get out. You don't worry about tiggers or bears, don;t need snake shot. You also need to take your********
- culture into consideration. You're more about hunting the latest gadget/trend than an elk. Even my liberal LA sister cant not like the photo-op of shooting********
- shit with a barrett or "AR" styled rifle... oh and again dont be irrational and get baited emotionally to logical fallacy posts. fuck maybe they are more power********
- ful than i thought. Majority populism is like 80% fucked with differing percentages on both sides. Democrats did win the super majority...********
- but this does help me understand your types better. I think i project a hope of more clarity and reason than is there.give a little too much credence to my idea********
- of what common sense is. since clearly not common is far too broad a generalization these days.********

Missouri passes "one of the strongest" abortion bills yet in U.S.

- abortion laws are small fry freedoms compared to stuff like obamacare. state around alabama should setup abortion clinics right past state lines********

- ********-5
The thing about abortion law is when talking about it there isn't much discussion involved on popular ideas of its. Specifically when does a fetus/child gain the moral rights we specify by law for humans. The law is pretty subjective regarding rights. Children don't have the same right's as adults, and different rights for those not based on age but guardianship. Different cultures different age rights all around.
What should be acceptable? Chime in on base and special cases on the notes. Lets see if we get disapproval of ideas amongst supporters of abortion.
Im a bit old school in and animalistic in the nature of it. Terms, years, are all bit arbitrary amongst the unaware, but even in society there are those who are a certain age and yet still unaware... It's a tough one. Our moral rights are largely made up based on certain rules and criteria, but at the end of the day many things fall into a gray area were things are not so black and white as such subjects of the bill of rights (which also is widely still contested on perception and persepective)
Considering it hardly effects society I'm far more open to parents choices with less lines in the sand. Also not a huge priority for me on gov rulings. I think cutting funding of planned parenthood with the large lobbying base and allowing over the counter prescriptions (planned parenthood doesnt like). I think that is a bigger thing that is worth getting behind for majority of people and "rights" and responsibility. Let idiots in alabama have their way. Fund clinics on the border at a profit. Shits like fireworks on reservations. all new kinds of markets which can still serve the people. It's a shame but society is somewhat of a compromise on deciding the grays areas. This case a bit more like the inconvenience and tax of purchasing a silencer, or needing to load more clips at the range.
- See above. The wealthy will always be able to travel for abortions. Poor won't be able to. PP is for easy access and education, they are wonderful.formed
- They actually care about people. No idea what you are talking about with otc.formed
- Let the idiots in Alabama have their way? They don't actually represent the wholepopulation. They represent only a fraction of ultra-conservatives, not allwomenmonospaced
- Look it up formed. The more you know. https://reason.com/2…********
- And its not too expensive to leave a state. But yes it is regressive to the poor. As so many laws drafted are. Surprisingly more so on the side protecting them********
- Minimum wage laws ... pretty regressive.********
- And mono Alabama ppl voted and elected their officials. Its a sign of majority in alabama. That is democracy. Not always smart********
- as justice roberts said in ruling for obama care and choosing judicial preference.********
- Cant find the exact quote but love his precision. basically populism isnt always right and as much as we may disagree it was a democratically elected official.********
- so we stand by it for now, but if popular opinion changes so will our views. which on one had shows a certain acceptance, but also cowardice in upholding********
- other rule of law and respects to methods of taxation. Primarily a tax on abstainment which is still logically absurd.********
- also since you mentioned women. this would be a part of larger law that isn't black and white. Does the women always have the choice? Her body but what if********
- father denies it. Clearly many situations can be dreamt of to favor each, but that shows no clear axiom is in play. Such a thing shoudl be resolved in court********
- i think its better decided upon state by state, ignoring my own preferences.i dont live in alabama should i decide for them?********
- i live in nevada but should i let CA/NY decide rights for me? Being so arbitrary it has to be left to the states and people********
- Electing an official is not the same as voting for their policies down the line, regardless of what you think. Sorry it's not the same.monospaced
- If you were to poll the nation, it would be painfully obvious that only a small minority of people want a change in laws.monospaced
- No it is the same that is democracy. You do know how this shit works right? And nation polling is exactly my point as irrelevant. Should i force my gun rights********
- on NY even if constitutional if no one votes or any representative wants them? Not my place you give it up but dont ask others********
- The majority of Alabama is not in support of banning abortion. That is democracy gone wrong. It won’t pass btw.monospaced
- well will see. remember pemdulums swing in opposite directions. what you say can be said about obamacare and judicial restraint********
- irrelevantmonospaced

the abortion laws aren't to actually prevent abortion, but to perpetuate a cycle of debt.
even if a poor child makes it through unyielding circumstances to, say, get in to college, short of having a full ride they're also going to be stuck paying for the loans - becoming a cog in a system of reliable consumption and profit for the people who are funding these sorts of laws.
if a child doesn't make it to college, they'll be service workers at best or populations for an increasingly privatized prison state, allowing again these right wingers to profit.
make no mistake: none of this is about life, or even caring one way or another about abortion. it's a perpetuation of economic servitude and the slave-fueled backbone of capitalism. these men are modern tyrants, thieves and pillagers and they will induce violence both existential and physical on the world until action beyond whining on television / the internet is taken to fight back.
(said action doesn't need to be the guillotine - it could be fiscal or union-oriented in abandoning certain sectors of capitalism, but even then there are towns with literally no option other than to work at and shop at a wal-mart. the guillotine will likely come once this tipping point is reached, though.)
- maybe that but definitely about controlling women and their bodies.lowimpakt
- @lowimpakt i think that's the line they draw for the debate to keep it about social mores and not long-term benefits.colin_s
- if you create a narrative around prejudice you can keep the debate opinion based and the people divided. immigration, gun reform, this.colin_s
- the same people will profit from all of it, and democrats are almost as complicit, legislators in general and the industries that fund them.colin_s
- tl:dr - kill poor people?Gnash
- or, more like make more of them ... for profit?monospaced
- Ah, so DEM = kill the poor, GOP = exploit the poor, I get it.Gnash
- Fantastic perspective colin_s. It's not all about this, but I certainly feel there's a decent undercurrent of these motivations.mg33
- @Gnash, dems aren't about killing the poor, they're about giving women the choice to abort a fetus, to avoid real problems and threatsmonospaced
- it's been shown already that restricting abortions contributes to the poverty base and causes a lot of unwanted children, a vicious cyclemonospaced
- I think another use for fighting over abortion is to win votes in politics. That's been proven time and time again.monospaced
- ah, ok. the 'choice' to kill the poor before they become bigger problemsGnash
- to be clear, i think this bill is ridiculous, and women should have autonomy over their own bodies. i just don't like the sugar coat. call it what it is.Gnash
- I feel like we're in agreement though. Yeah, the choice is often to ensure a better life for herself or the child. That much is obvious. Nobody likes doing it!monospaced
- the idea that aborting a fetus is killing a baby is totally debatable, too, and therefore pro choice isn't just sugar coatingmonospaced
- not a better life for the child, just not a life.Gnash
- it s debatable, but in semantics only. everybody knows what's actually happening.Gnash
- and you're right it sucks, but I do believe that the rhetoric around this issue leads many to believe that it's a benign procedure, when it's anything butGnash
- In many cases, it is to prevent a horrible, short, agonizing life for a child, actually. Some argue some life is better than none, but they are being subjectivemonospaced
- "what's actually happening" is a fetus is being terminated, and the debate is whether it is unethical. I wouldn't call it murder, though.monospaced
- I wouldn't even call an early term fetus a child yet. Until later term, it's mostly a parasite without proper brain function or consciousnessmonospaced
- Do you have children? If so, did you face the possibility of a real complication during pregnancy, or discuss abortion in a real scenario?monospaced
- i do have kids. plus i've lost one to a miscarriage, and lost another to an ectopic pregnancy.Gnash
- when you want them, they are anything but a brainless parasiteGnash
- however, my wife and I disagreed on whether to keep the pregnancy if test showed he/she had a condition like downs s.Gnash
- regardless, I don't believe that the majority of abortions are executed because of health complications.Gnash
- ha "it's a perpetuation of economic servitude and the slave-fueled backbone of capitalism"********
- You ever actually question voter base enslavement by certain parties?********
- to run people into the ground and offer solutions... its a great method. does original sin ring a bell?********
- And how would free enterprise allow certain people to be oppressed being free. most of what you describe seems to be derived of politics and left leaning********
- theres a lot you need to think about since its quite hypocritical in what i believe is what you would like to see as "end game"********
