I have a question about my new imac. Btw I really love this thing. I got the middle model, specs below.
So thats graphics card, can I run games like Batman Arkham City and Call of Duty on it without any major framerate probs? I didnt buy this thing to play games, so if I cant its fine, I have an xbox one, but just curious since theres some games I cant get on xbox that ive wanted.

^ you can on very low settings with windows 7/8 in bootcamp mode. Your xbox one will play it with even lower graphics and resolution.
The iMac's cooling system is in fact so underpowered that your CPU will heat up in seconds, causing it to throttle down, so expect major frame drops after 5-10 minutes of gameplay.

@CygnusZero4 it's always better to get a model with a GPU from Nvidia/AMD.
Valve is supposedly working on the Linux driver for Intel and they showed DOTA 2 running on Steam OS (Linux) with great performance, but I have no idea about the quality and performance of the OS X driver.

Alright I guess its not really worth buying any big time games for this, like Batman or whatever. I know this isnt a gaming machine, was just curious. I guess I assumed bc it wasnt cheap that it could play some games, but I didnt buy it for that anyway.
