I know many of you are running,
i gonna buy some shoes since I run pretty much lately..
any recommandations?

depends if you are trying to make a fashion statement or not?
I would reccommend Nike AIr Pegasus as they have been regaurded as the best Nike running show around.
Other more dedicated sports brands that are USED for SPORT would be: Asics, Saucany (sp?), New Balance and a few I cannot remember.
If you are serious about running then you would need to go to a proper running shop that can check your pronation and the way you ankle & foot distribute weight across each stride.

Without doubt pegasus, my flat mate is an incredibly good runner and has won many trophies, I began jogging a few years ago and I got bad shin splints I think they are called or cramp in the shins, he said pegasus get a pair you will never experience them again. BAM I have never experienced them again, and my running felt allot better, go for it.

I've used Nike's Shox for years, but the newer ones suck. I have a pair of Asics I think I paid 175 for. Not worth it. Ugly and no better than shoes costing much, much less.
Sorry, can't help, they all are either too ugly or not worth it.

I bought some Nike Pegasus' today... so much better than my saucony's.

Nike Free are good, I have the 7.0
They simulate bare foot walking on a scale of 0.0 to 10.0, 0.0 being bare foot, 10.0 being a regular trainer
They feel really natural yet you have a decent amount of cushion as of course our feet weren't made to run on hard concrete

they had pegasus, and Zoom, but not in my size.
So I will go to a store somewhere next week in the city here..
the nike zoom are comfortable, but i needed 12.5 instead of 12

i'm on my second pair of air max 180's. get the nike+ kit if you have an ipod as well. great motivation to keep with a program.
